An AI dating coach for men who freeze

Practise saying hi out loud, until it feels easy.

Your AI coach plays the woman, then tells you exactly what to fix. Free for 30 minutes.

No card, plus the First Hello playbook (PDF). We email you a code to confirm it's you, then you can talk to Luna. 18+. Your coach is an AI and says so.

“Your voice went flat on that last ‘I see you around’. A little warmth there, maybe a smile.”Luna, after his gym practice
A real practice with Luna, cut short. AI character, not a real person.

How it works

  1. Say hi out loud. Luna plays the woman you're nervous to approach.
  2. Get one clear fix. Your words, your voice, your timing.
  3. Go say hi for real. Then tell her how it went, and take the next small step.

Who you'll talk to

Your coach, and four everyday moments to practise.

Why it's different

Not a talking face. Someone in your corner.

Anyone can put a face on a chatbot. Your coach knows your story, notices what you can't see in yourself, and is still there the next day.

Her notes on what holds him back, each one marked as a guess until he says it's true

She knows you

  • Remembers every talk: your wins, your bad days, what you promised.
  • Learns what keeps stopping you, and asks before she assumes.
  • You see everything she remembers, and can change or delete it.
Luna
“The one thing I'd change is that you asked her three questions in a row about the gym, and when she said it's fine for what it is, you moved on instead of grabbing it.”Luna, after a gym practice

She notices you

  • Your voice: when you speed up or go quiet, compared with earlier in the call.
  • Your face, if you turn the camera on: eye contact, a real smile, tension.
  • Your words, and the plainer sentence to try next time.
A card she made: this week's place, two openers, his brave step and a note from her

She's with you

  • Gets you ready before you go out, and whispers in your earbuds when it's real.
  • A morning message, and a plan she makes just for you each week.
  • Celebrates every attempt, and reminds you of your wins on the bad days.

Rehearse, go, tell her how it went

Small steps in real life. You climb one after three attempts.

  1. 1Eye contact, a smile and a helloTo anyone. The muscle is talking to strangers, not talking to women.Done
  2. 2One light comment about the shared momentSober, in daytime, somewhere she can easily walk away. This week
  3. 3A real conversationYour comment, then two follow-up questions about what she said.Next
  4. 4Share something of yoursA short story of your own, and tell her you're enjoying the conversation.Later
  5. 5A clear, easy-to-refuse askHer number, a coffee or a date, with a graceful exit either way.Later

Built on research

The coaching follows the evidence, not the gurus.

Your coach draws on the psychology of how men and women actually meet: first impressions, attraction, nerves and rejection. Every tip says where it comes from.

87%

of conversations in a week-long "talk to strangers" study went fine with the first person approached, and fear of rejection dropped afterwards.

Sandstrom, Boothby & Cooney, 2022
49%

of US women say being asked out for a drink by someone they don't know is acceptable. The setting and the way you ask decide the rest.

YouGov poll, 2019
1.2

is the effect size of CBT for social anxiety, built on doing the feared thing as a test. First Hello borrows that structure. It is a coach, not therapy.

Deep research, read to you a part at a time

Full reports, not tips. Your coach reads them aloud one part at a time, stops when you have a question, and turns each one into this week's practice. Read what each one found, with its sources, and watch the coaches talk it over:

Not a pickup course. Not an AI girlfriend. No lines to memorize, no keeping you on the app, no pushing past a "no". Just a coach who wants you out there, meeting real people.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is the coach a real person?

No. Your coach is an AI with a voice and a face, and it tells you so. It remembers your missions and your progress, and it's built around getting you to real conversations with real people.

I'm very shy. Is this for me?

Yes, that's who it's for. The first step is a hello to anyone, and every step is sized so you can actually do it this week. If anxiety stops you even at the smallest step for a month, your coach will suggest a therapist who does CBT for social anxiety. That's the most proven help there is.

Does she really remember me?

Yes. After every conversation she keeps notes: what happened, how you felt, what worked, what you promised. You can read all of it on one page, and change or delete anything.

What happens to what I tell her?

Your conversations are private to you. We don't sell your data, and you can delete your history at any time. Your voice and camera are read only if you say yes, live while you talk, and never recorded or saved.

Built by an engineer who used to freeze too

Your next conversation is one small step away.

What's hardest for you right now?

Your first 30 minutes are free, no card, plus the First Hello playbook (PDF). We email you a code to confirm it's you, then you can talk to Luna. 18+. No spam.
